I have been experiencing severe hair fall for the past 2 months. Despite using hair oils and maintaining a good diet, the hair fall continues. I have done various tests, and all results are normal. What could be causing this, and what should I do to stop the hair fall?

Hair fall without any clear cause may be telogen effluvium (stress triggered). Continue vitamins, monitor 2 more months.

However, since starting Orofer, I have noticed breakouts (pimples) and irregular periods, which were not an issue before. Could you please advise.
