I have been experiencing upper left abdominal pain for the past 3 months. My test report shows fatty liver, and the pain has persisted for this duration.

Pain may be due to fatty liver or gastritis. Avoid alcohol, fried/oily foods, and eat on time. Exercise daily. Get liver enzymes and ultrasound reviewed by a gastroenterologist.

Malaria and typhoid tests are negative. Platelet count is 1.75 lakhs, SGOT is 65, and SGPT is 70. The doctor prescribed Dolo 650 (three times a day) and Mahacef Plus (twice a day). The fever temporarily decreases after Dolo but rises back to 104F after 4 hours. What could be the reason for the persistent high fever and the increased SGOT and SGPT? What should be done next?
