I have been experiencing upper left abdominal pain for the past 3 months. My test report shows fatty liver, and the pain has persisted for this duration.

Pain may be due to fatty liver or gastritis. Avoid alcohol, fried/oily foods, and eat on time. Exercise daily. Get liver enzymes and ultrasound reviewed by a gastroenterologist.

I had a problem in my liver two months back due to which my nerves were affected too. Now from the last three weeks these issues have suddenly appeared.
