I have been experiencing throat pain and irritation for the past few months. The pain is not constant but occurs suddenly, and there is no pain while swallowing. In the last 2 to 3 months, I have also noticed an urge to take deep breaths more often and occasional shortness of breath. This does not occur at night while sleeping, but starts during daily activities after waking up.
I consulted a family doctor, who advised blood tests. The results show an IgE level of 740 and vitamin D3 deficiency at 15.55. The rest of the CBC results are normal. Kindly suggest what should be done?

For the past two months I have been having an internal pain in both my knees. My blood report is normal and there is no external swelling or redness. However, I feel internally as though my knees are numb and in spite of doing basic exercises I feel a pressure on my knees while walking. This problem persists throughout the day, making it difficult for me to even walk. As of the past two months I have been facing problems in walking and hence I take rest at home. The orthopaedic doctor checked my knees externally and said there is no problem. I request you to suggest the remedy that I should do to cure this problem as I am in deep pain. Thank you.

Your Vitamin D level is quite high. Long term high doses can cause calcium imbalance and kidney dysfunction. Stop supplements, drink plenty of water, and repeat your blood tests.
