I have been taking Vitamin D3 60,000 IU regularly for the past year. However, for the last two months, I have been experiencing a dull pain in my left abdomen. My recent Vitamin D3 level is 121 ng per mL, and my urine report shows the presence of amorphous phosphates. The recent ultrasound is normal. Could you please advise if this could be due to Vitamin D3 toxicity and what steps I should take next to correct this?

Your Vitamin D level is quite high. Long term high doses can cause calcium imbalance and kidney dysfunction. Stop supplements, drink plenty of water, and repeat your blood tests.

I have numbness in my hands and legs so the local doctor suggested some tests. Please see my reports and tell me if all my tests are normal. Is there any problem with my report? My PTH test report shows 22 pg per ml. Is this normal? I have high blood pressure and take 5 mg Amlokind. I also have spondylosis with C2, C3 bulge and C5, C6 degeneration. In 2014 I had joint pain and doctor after seeing blood report said I have vitamin D problem. Treatment was done for 6 months. Later I was fine.
