I have numbness in my hands and legs so the local doctor suggested some tests. Please see my reports and tell me if all my tests are normal. Is there any problem with my report? My ESR is 2, CRP is 8.5, T3 free is 3.05, T4 free is 1.16, TSH free is 2.18, ANA is less than 0.5, vitamin D3 is 20.07, and vitamin B12 is 661.

It has been 8 months since COVID recovery. I still feel pain in my knee joint, sometimes in the waist, hip joint, and joint vicinity while walking. I do mild exercise daily in the morning and walk 1 hour after dinner. My weight is 62 kg. I have had chest pain for 2 years and have done all cardiac-related tests. They were normal. My recent blood test shows a Vitamin D level of 12.08 ng/mL, while my serum calcium level is normal at 10 mg/dL. Should I take only a Vitamin D supplement, or a combination of Vitamin D with calcium? Please advise. I have attached my report for reference.
