I have numbness in my hands and legs so the local doctor suggested some tests. Please see my reports and tell me if all my tests are normal. Is there any problem with my report? My ESR is 2, CRP is 8.5, T3 free is 3.05, T4 free is 1.16, TSH free is 2.18, ANA is less than 0.5, vitamin D3 is 20.07, and vitamin B12 is 661.

Your symptoms likely relate to Vitamin D deficiency (20.07 ng/mL is borderline low) despite normal B12. CRP is mildly elevated, but not alarming without other signs. ESR and thyroid profile are normal. Consider correcting vitamin D to relieve nerve symptoms.

I am a working woman living alone in Mumbai with rotational shifts (morning, day, and night), so I do not have a consistent routine. Recently, I visited my hometown for almost a month. I saw a general physician who did a full body check-up and tests. My reports are mostly normal, except for Vitamin D deficiency and a small functional cyst in my right ovary. My doctor said this cyst is common in women and usually resolves after 2 to 3 menstrual cycles. I have not had regular periods for the past 7 months. Once, my cycle was delayed by 21 days, but normally the interval is 6 days or longer. I do not have facial hair, but after using a Flawless trimmer for women once, I developed cystic acne, especially around the jawline and smile lines. I also experience mild depression, stress, anxiety, and fatigue. Could you please advise what could be causing these issues, and what steps I should take next?

Can I take flaxseed powder in the morning on an empty stomach while I am on medication for Vitamin D3 deficiency (level 3.17 ng/mL) and PCOS? All my other tests are normal. I have attached my scan report and medication details for reference. Please review and advise as soon as possible. Thank you.
