I have done CBC and lipid test. Please check my report and prescription if required. My triglycerides are 205, HDL is low at 35, and VLDL is above the normal range. What does it mean?

I am currently taking Atorvastatin 20 mg, Aspirin Clopidogrel 75 mg, Metoprolol 50 mg, and Ramipril 5 mg. Earlier, my triglycerides were around 160 mg/dL, but this time they have risen to 256 mg/dL. What steps should I take to reduce my triglycerides?
