I have this extra growth near my anus that keeps getting bigger and it's not painful but sometimes it gets really irritating. Is there any way to treat it without surgery?

Had piles laser surgery 2 months back but now having trouble with bowel movements feels like anal stenosis since I strain a lot and need multiple bathroom trips to fully empty. Sometimes there's slight bleeding too. What could be going on?

I've noticed this small, soft, pea-sized lump near my anal area for the past few years. It doesn't hurt, nor does it bleed or cause any irritation. Should I be worried about it, or is it something normal?

It is possible that the lump you are experiencing could be a skin tag or a hemorrhoid. However, without a physical examination, it is difficult to provide a definitive diagnosis. If you are not experiencing any symptoms such as pain, bleeding, or irritation, it may not be a cause for concern. If you are still worried about it, you can try using over-the-counter hemorrhoid creams like Preparation H or Tucks to see if there is any improvement. However, I recommend consulting with a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and advice.

I'm experiencing this strange pain in my bottom when I sit for a long time. It really burns, but interestingly, when I stand, run, or sleep, the pain goes away. I don't feel any pain or see blood when I go to the toilet, although I am dealing with a little constipation. There's no blood or pus in my stool either. Some people are telling me it might be piles, others say it could be fissures or maybe even a fistula. I'm really confused and would appreciate some guidance on what this might be.
