I have flat feet and it's making walking really painful would surgery be the best option or should I try orthotics first? I'm not sure what to do and worried about long-term issues

I'm a 25-year-old woman, 54 inches tall and weigh 50 kg. My wrists are very thin with visible nerves, and my hands are overall slender. The rest of my body is strong and well-proportioned, but my wrists make me feel self-conscious. Is there any way to increase wrist and forearm size permanently, like through medication or surgery? Should I see an orthopedist, dietitian, or cosmetic surgeon for this issue?

I'm really worried about my cuboid bone fracture. How long do you think it'll take until I can get back to my usual daily activities? Are there any special precautions I should be aware of during the healing process? And I would love to know what treatments would work best for this situation.

I had surgery in 2014 where they removed all stitches and put a metal rod in my leg. The operated area is dry now, but there's still a small hole where fluid leaks out sometimes. I can't walk or stretch properly because my leg feels stiff, and there's nerve pain. The fluid leakage stops and starts randomly what could be causing this and should I be worried?

Persistent drainage and stiffness post-orthopedic surgery may indicate chronic infection or hardware issues—seek reevaluation.
