I've had high myopia for the past 2 years with my right eye at SPH 4.0 CYL 5.0 AXIS 20 VA 624 and left eye SPH 3.5 CYL 4.5 AXIS 160 VA 69. My right eyelid is swollen with a pus-filled lump that's turned into a hard mass. The doctor recommended surgery but I want to try meds first. I've been taking gate df eyedrops, rabikind dsr, fynal 500, and zypore for 3 days but the lump hasn't reduced much. Should I switch meds or is surgery the only option now?
