I have a lazy eye and really want to treat it like normal. Are there any treatments that can help fix it without needing surgery? What else can I do to make it look and function normally?

My vision is 69 with 0.75 power in both eyes and I'm considering LASIK or PRK surgery. I need to reach at least 66 vision without glasses is it safe to go for the procedure with my current prescription? Just worried if my power is too low for surgery to be effective.
Low myopia (0.75D) is suitable for LASIK/PRK;with proper screening, you can expect to achieve vision 6/6 safely.
