I have a lazy eye and really want to treat it like normal. Are there any treatments that can help fix it without needing surgery? What else can I do to make it look and function normally?

My right eyelid is swollen with a pus-filled lump that's turned into a hard mass. The doctor recommended surgery but I want to try meds first. I recently got an eye checkup and found out I have 0.75 CYL in my prescription. I really don't want to wear glasses or contacts or go for surgery. The doctor recommended glasses, but I'm not keen on that. Are there any natural ways to improve my eyesight, like diet changes or simple eye exercises?
