I have sickle cell anemia and beta thalassemia. I have attached my recent blood report for your review. Could you please advise on the next steps for my treatment and management?

With this combination, you will need long term care. Stay hydrated, avoid physical stress, and follow up regularly with a hematologist. Medications and blood monitoring can help prevent complications.

I got my periods after one month and it is heavy and almost 10 days now and not reducing. I have Tranexamic acid 500 mg and Mefenamic acid 250 mg tablets earlier given by my gynecologist with me.
