I have tight foreskin and a short frenulum which makes things uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I need surgery for this since I'm not married yet. What are my options and how do I know if it's serious enough to get treated?

View allI recently tried to have sex with my girlfriend, but after 20 minutes, I couldn't seem to get my penis into her vagina. We both gave it our best shot, but it just wouldn't go in. Normally, my penis gets hard, but when it came time to insert, it was small and not hard. What could be going on here?
use lubricants for smooth insertion

My husband has 6mm stones in both kidneys should we be worried? Is this something that needs surgery right away or can it be treated with medicines?
A 6mm kidney stone is large enough that it may not pass on its own and could require medical intervention. While some stones of this size may pass naturally, it's important to consult with a doctor to determine the best course of action. Depending on the stone's location, potential complications, and the individual's overall health, treatment options can range from medication and increased fluid intake to procedures like shock wave lithotripsy or even surgery.
