I'm really confused right now. My period is two weeks late, but every pregnancy test I've taken says I'm not pregnant. I don't even have any usual pregnancy symptoms, just a missed period. What could be going on here? Should I be worried, and what should I do next?

If your period is 14 days late and pregnancy tests are negative, consider waiting a few more days and retaking the test, then if still negative, consult a gynecologist to rule out other causes of missed periods

Could it have any effects on her body or future pregnancies? I'm just worried about the possible risks she might be facing.

My mom's uterus report says it's bulky and anteverted with heterogeneous myometrial echogenicity. Is it safe to delay surgery for a month or should we act sooner? What could this mean for her health?

If she has symptoms like pain or excess bleeding, she will definitely need treatment. There are couple of non surgical treatments as well. If you have been advised surgery, you can do it as soon as possible. 1 month wait is okay
