I noticed I've been breathing about 25 times a minute when I checked my respiration rate. Is that normal or is it a bit fast? If it's not typical, what might be causing this?

I recently tested positive for COVID-19 on April 16th and after treatment, I got a negative result on May 8th. However, I'm now experiencing some breathing issues. My average O2 saturation levels are around 97-98. Should I be considering any kind of scan or is there something specific I should be doing?
No need to worry, when you are tested negative you are free from disease, visit Physician for evaluation and appropriate management

I'm a bit concerned about my recent chest X-ray results. It's been 3 months since I had COVID, and the scans are showing nodular opacity in both my left and right lung. I'm really anxious about what this might mean. Is it something to worry about? I've been dealing with post-COVID anxiety and experiencing shortness of breath. Would love some insight on this.
