I started using Momate lotion and was wondering, am I supposed to wash it off after 30 minutes? I forgot to ask my doctor about it. Could you help me out?

I'm a 39-year-old woman and had my gallbladder removed about a year ago. Six months later, I started getting pimples and marks on my skin, which I've never dealt with before. I've been dealing with a really red and irritated rash along my mustache line, and it's super dry and itchy. Recently, I also noticed a lump on the right side of my jaw, and I can't figure out why it's there. Plus, my acne seems to be getting worse. I've been using moisturizer and washing my face with 10% benzoyl peroxide, but I've avoided using it in the rashy area for months. I first noticed the dryness and flakiness around the start of the year. Any idea what's going on or what I should do?
