I suffered from body pain, semi liquid loose motion, body weakness, and sometimes fever in the evening. My blood report says that my blood platelets are 1.10 lakhs. Please give your opinion on that?

Platelets slightly below normal can occur due to viral illness, dehydration, or early recovery from an infection. Combined with your symptoms, it suggests a mild ongoing viral illness. Monitor platelet trend.

My recent routine blood test shows a platelet count of 130,000. As per my test report from August, it was 140,000. In the meantime, I had a slipped disc, which is now fine. Is the declining platelet count related to that, or could it be a sign of another problem? I have attached my hematology report for reference.
