I tried using veet cold wax strips on my upper lip for hair removal, and after a couple of tries, it left my skin with a rash and this burning sensation. Now I have these scars and it just keeps burning. Any advice on what to do next?

I've been getting these red dots on the head of my penis after having sex or masturbating and it's starting to hurt when I try to pull back the foreskin, especially around the frenulum.
