I'm 19 and have bow legs which my friends tease me about. I really want to straighten them naturally through exercises instead of surgery are there any options that could help me?

While exercises and stretches can help strengthen muscles and improve alignment, they won't change the shape of your bones, which is the root cause of bow legs. Surgery (osteotomy) is generally the only way to correct the bone alignment in adults. However, strengthening exercises and stretches can help manage symptoms and improve overall leg health

My mom is 56 and has really bad knee pain. Most doctors are saying she needs a knee replacement, but a few suggested trying viscous supplement injections first. What are the pros and cons of these injections? Also, would her medical insurance cover the cost of the injections? She doesn't have any other health issues.
ortho opinion is advised.

I'm only 52 inches tall and everyone in my family is taller than me even my siblings and parents. I also have bow legs which make me look even shorter. Are there any treatments like growth hormones or surgery that could help me grow taller and how much would they cost? I've been feeling really hopeless about this and don't know which doctor to see for help
Height gain is limited after puberty; limb-lengthening surgery is complex and costly—orthopedic consult needed.
