I'm 21, and lately, I've been having these sudden spells of moderate pain on the left side of my chest that only last a few seconds before going away. Its got me a bit worried. Could this be something serious, or is it nothing to be too concerned about?

View allI've noticed my heart rate is jumping between 54 and 131. I'm a healthy 19-year-old, so is this normal? Should I be worried about these fluctuations?
Your fluctuating heart rate may be due to various factors. It's important to monitor your heart rate and consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation. In the meantime, you can try taking propranolol 10mg twice daily to help regulate your heart rate. Make sure to follow up with your doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
