I'm 30 and have been dealing with some lung pain for about five months now. I've had an ultrasound, and the doctor mentioned swelling in my lungs. The pain gets worse when I sleep on my sides or stretch. I've had asthma since childhood and use a Foracort inhaler. My X-ray also shows an infection. Could you advise me on what medicine might help with this?

Having this dry cough for over a week now and I remember that Dr. Srinath Karthick recommended LUPITUS syrup and BUDATE 200 Lupihaler capsules a year back. I still have some of the syrup and started taking it again, but it seems I really need those BUDATE 200 capsules to fully get better. The problem is they're not available in the market now. Could you suggest any alternative medicine I could try? I'm really hoping to kick this cough soon!
Budesonide 200mcg capsules is advised to the patient whenever episodes of breathing difficulty.

So my dad had a normal eosinophil count back in July but then he got a fever and a dry cough. We used medicines and everything seemed normal afterward. But then a month later, he got a fever and cough again, and when we did a CBP test, it showed raised eosinophils. It's been a week now, and he doesn't have a cough or fever anymore, but the eosinophil count hasn't gone down. I'm wondering how we can bring these down. We used Delcar forte 250mg for 5 days. Do you think we should get another test done? Should I be worried about his eosinophil count not reducing? I compared the test report with the last one to see the difference. What would you suggest?
Patient is advised to continue same treatment.
