I'm a 30-year-old woman with stage 3 AVN in my right hip for the past 4 months. My ortho doctor has suggested a wait-and-watch approach or possible surgery later. The pain fluctuates some days it's bad, others not so much. Is surgery the only option or should I explore ayurveda or homeopathy alongside? What's the best way to manage AVN if I want to avoid surgery?

While total hip replacement is often necessary for stage 3 AVN, it's not always the first step. A wait-and-watch approach, along with other non-surgical options like physical therapy and modified activity, can be considered initially. Ayurveda and homeopathy may offer complementary approaches for pain management and overall well-being, but should not replace conventional medical treatment

I inherited bow legs and now at 34, I'm wondering if it's possible to correct them through exercises or if surgery is the only option. Also, I've noticed I never gain muscle mass in my legs, arms, or face while the rest of my body builds up what could be causing that?

for P/E ORTHO specialist opinion is advised to the patient.

I've been having mild pain in my left inner elbow and forearm, especially after using my phone or laptop for a while. I already have ulnar nerve subluxation in my right elbow and surgery is planned for that, but this left side pain is different no tingling or subluxation, just discomfort that eases with massage. Could this be related to overuse or something else I should be concerned about

The mild pain in your left inner elbow and forearm, especially after using your phone or laptop, could be related to overuse or a similar condition to your right elbow's ulnar nerve subluxation, but without the tingling or subluxation. While it's different from your right elbow, it's still worth investigating. Since it eases with massage, it may be a less severe form of nerve irritation or muscle strain. However, it's wise to consult with a doctor or physical therapist to rule out other potential issues and get personalized advice.
