I'm a 31-year-old guy and have been experiencing chest pain since September 2017. All my tests like ECG, echocardiography, lipid profile, TMT, and CT coronary angiogram have come back normal. I also get pain in my hand and jaw, along with dizziness every day. My cardiologists told me it's anxiety disorder, but I'm still worried because the pain is persistent. The doctor has prescribed flavedon MR 35 to take twice a day and said to continue for a month. Should I expect to stop the medication after one month if the symptoms persist, or is this something I might need long-term? I'm just trying to figure out if this plan seems right given my symptoms.

I've been experiencing this really uncomfortable feeling where it feels like I'm lifting some heavy weight right in the middle of my chest. It's like this pressure or tightness, and it happens a few times throughout the day. This has been going on for about 20 to 25 days now. I'm starting to get pretty worried. What could be causing this, and is there something serious I should be concerned about?

Lifting heavy weights can sometimes lead to muscle strain or even chest discomfort. The symptoms you are experiencing, such as heaviness at the center of the chest, pressure, and tightness, could be due to musculoskeletal strain or even acid reflux. To alleviate these symptoms, you can try taking over-the-counter medications like **ibuprofen** 400mg every 4-6 hours as needed for pain and inflammation. Additionally, you can take **omeprazole** 20mg once daily before breakfast to help with any acid reflux symptoms that may be contributing to your discomfort. Remember to avoid lifting heavy weights until your symptoms improve.

I'm noticing something strange and I'm a bit worried. My heart rate seems normal, but I've been feeling my whole body pulse with each heartbeat. I can even see my clothes moving around my chest, and if I'm holding something, it moves too. I especially notice it when I touch my abdomen or my neck. On top of that, I've been having some light chest pains every now and then. Could this be something to be concerned about? Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm having regular chest pain, along with pain in my left arm and leg. I'm not sure how to get treatment for this. Could you help me understand what's going on and how I might address it? I'm feeling a bit worried about these symptoms.

The symptoms you are experiencing could be related to musculoskeletal issues or even cardiovascular problems. It is important to first rule out any serious conditions by consulting with a healthcare professional. However, for relief from pain, you can take over-the-counter pain medication such as acetaminophen. Additionally, applying a topical pain relief cream or gel to the affected areas can also help. Make sure to rest and avoid activities that worsen the pain. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention for further evaluation and treatment.
