I'm a 32-year-old guy dealing with an anal fistula and the pain is really bad plus there's constant pus discharge. Doctors say it's a 3.9 cm intersphincteric fistula and surgery is my only option. I'm worried about going under the knife are there any non-invasive treatments in Siddha or Ayurveda that could actually heal this for good?

Anal fistulas can be quite painful and uncomfortable. One common treatment option is to use antibiotics to help control the infection and reduce the pus formation. You can try taking a course of antibiotics such as Metronidazole. Additionally, you may benefit from a topical ointment like Nitrogesic ointment to help with pain relief and healing. It's important to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further infection. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it's important to follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

View allI'm dealing with what looks like grade 2 piles do I need surgery or will it go away on its own? Right now I'm taking Himalaya Pilex 2 tablets twice a day and using the ointment too. Is that enough treatment? How long until it heals? I've attached a photo of the swelling for reference.
conservative therapy is advised to the patient.

I'm considering laser surgery for piles but not sure if medicines alone can cure it How long does the laser treatment usually take and is it better than other options
Laser surgery for piles can be an effective option, offering a relatively quick procedure and recovery time. While medicines may help manage symptoms, they don't always cure the underlying condition, and laser surgery can provide a more definitive solution for larger or persistent piles. Laser treatment typically takes around 30-45 minutes, and recovery is usually faster than traditional surgery.
