I'm 37 and in my 36th week of my first pregnancy. My ObGyn said I have a genetic blood clotting issue that's affecting the baby's growth she's small at 2.25 kg, and I even lost 2 kg last week. They prescribed daily Innohep 450 injections to help, but I'm worried since I'm planning a C-section. Could this medication cause excessive bleeding during surgery?
