I'm a 53-year-old male and have been dealing with allergic asthma for quite some time now. I've been relying on Montac LC, which works well for me, but it's become quite expensive, nearly twice the price over the past year. Plus, nasal sprays and inhalers don't seem to help much, especially with the constant skin itching and sneezing. Is there an alternative tablet or medicine you could suggest?

View allI recently got a chest X-ray, and it showed increased broncho vascular markings near the para cardiac and para hilar areas. I'm worried if this could be related to TB. Are these markings like scars on the lungs or something else?
That could be due to Bronchitis no need to worry,a course of anti biotics would work some times its self limiting

I'm currently dealing with a tough breathing issue due to severe bronchitis and I've been trying out a few medications like the levosalbutamol inhaler, ibites inhaler, pulmoclear syrup, and also using a nasal spray for about two days. But ever since I started, I've noticed my heart rate is going through the roof, and on top of that, I'm feeling really restless and sleepy. Any idea how I can manage these side effects or should I be worried about them?
reduce the levosalbutamol inhaler dose

I'm really worried because despite following the treatment of Cepodem OD, Ivermectin, Doxycycline, Azithromycin, PanD, and a multivitamin my SPO2 levels are still below 80 and there's no sign of improvement. What could be going wrong and what should I do next?
take remdesivir
