I'm really struggling with my breathing the last couple of days. It feels heavy and I'm breathing super fast, plus I'm yawning all the time. My heart's been racing too, and it's making me so anxious. My nose is clear and my hemoglobin's normal, so I'm at a loss about what's going on. I'm constantly worrying about my breathing now and focusing on it just seems to make it worse. I'm a bit worried because I did an RTPCR test for COVID and it came back negative, but I'm still having trouble with wheezing in my chest and some coughing for about 45 days now. I don't have a fever or other symptoms, and the breathing difficulty isn't too bad, but the wheezing is definitely there. I have asthma and normally use my Serflo 250 inhaler only around 10-15 times a year. Just recently, about 5 days ago, I had a really bad allergy attack. I'm not sure what to make of all this. What should I do?
