I'm a bit concerned about a recent x-ray I had for a job-related issue. The report mentioned something about bronchovascular markings in my lungs. I'm wondering if it would help to take an antibiotic course to improve my condition. I have a small amount of breathing trouble, but it gets much worse whenever I catch a cold. Could you give me some advice on what I could do to prevent lung infections?

Bronchovascular markings on an X-ray indicate inflammation or congestion, but antibiotics are only effective against bacterial infections; to prevent lung infections and manage symptoms, consider consulting your pulmonologist

I've been dealing with a dry cough lately, and in the mornings, I'm coughing up white sputum. I got tested for COVID, and it's negative. I've also had bronchitis for the past couple of years. Right now, I'm using steam inhalation and the Budecort inhaler. Could you please suggest any other medicines or treatments that might help?
