I'm a bit concerned because for the past couple of months, my urine has been a deep yellow color. I'm wondering if this might be related to the glyciphage tablets I take. Could there be a connection, or is there something else I should consider?

The yellow urine indicates a lot of things like even if you are not taking enough water, the urine can be yellow. As said by my colleague, if you are on any multivitamin also it can be yellow. Have you started noticing after taking the glyciphage tablet or was OK in the past with the tablet also? Urinary tract infection can also cause a dark coloured urine. Here is what you can do, drink upto four litres of water a day and get a urine complete test done.

I was using isotroin20 for a while and it seems to have given me PCOD. Now I'm on aldactone50 and it's causing breast pain. I'm really worried and wondering if I should just stop taking it immediately or if I need to gradually reduce the dosage. Any advice on what I should do?
It is not recommended to stop aldactone-50 abruptly, as it can lead to potential withdrawal effects. It is advisable to gradually reduce the dosage under the guidance of your healthcare provider. You may need to taper off the medication slowly to minimize any potential side effects.

I've been wondering about the best way to take a Vitamin D 60000 IU sachet. Should I have it on an empty stomach in the morning and if so, how long should I wait before eating? Or is it better to take it during meals or right after? Also, should I be mixing it with milk, water, or just my regular meals? And one more thing, do I need to mix the powder with a liquid, or can I just swallow the powder and then take a drink?
-1. It's best to take the Vitamin D 60,000 IU sachet with a meal, as fat helps with absorption. If taking on an empty stomach, wait about 30 minutes before eating. 2. You can take it with water or milkboth are fine. However, taking it with food t
