I'm a bit confused about which type of milk is best for my health. Is there a certain time of the day when it's better to drink milk? We have access to buffalo, cow, and Amul milk here. Someone mentioned to me that cow milk can cause diabetesis there any truth to that? Can you help clarify this for me?

Regarding the type of milk that is good for health, both buffalo and cow milk are nutritious options. However, cow's milk is more commonly consumed and is a good source of calcium and protein. As for the right time to drink milk, it is generally recommended to have a glass of milk in the morning or before bedtime. Regarding the concern about cow milk causing diabetes, there is no direct evidence to support this claim. It is important to maintain a balanced diet and lifestyle to prevent diabetes. You can consider consuming Amul cow's milk as it is a popular and trusted brand. The recommended dosage is one glass of milk per day for adults.

I want to drop 20 kg in just two months before my sister's wedding. I'm currently weighing 78 kg, but I really want to be at least 60 kg. Is this an achievable goal? What kind of diet or exercise plan would you recommend to make this happen? I'm a bit worried about whether it's healthy to lose weight so quickly, and I'm unsure about the best way to go about it without compromising my health.
It's important to set realistic goals for healthy weight loss, aiming for about 0.51 kg per week. Losing 20 kg in 2 months may be too rapid, which could affect your health. I recommend a balanced diet, regular exercise, and consulting a nutritionist or doctor to guide you safely toward your goal.

I'm trying to figure out if eating egg yolks is bad for my health. I've always heard there are differences between egg whites and yolks in terms of nutrition, so I'm wondering if having two whole eggs a day is okay. Can you shed some light on the pros and cons of both parts of the egg?
Egg white contains no cholesterol while the egg yolk contains 210 mg. An egg white has 0.24 grams of carbohydrates, where as an egg yolk has 0.61 grams of carbohydrates. The yolk contains 100% of the carotenoids, essential fatty acids like omega-3 fatty acid DHA and omega-6 fatty acid arachidonic acids.Protein helps your body build strong muscles and maintain muscle mass as you age. Heart-healthy. While egg yolks are fine in moderation, if you are already at risk for heart disease or stroke, your doctor may recommend a heart-healthy diet. With no cholesterol, egg whites are a great addition.
