I'm a bit unsure about which to use for my woundshould I go with soframycin or cipladine powder? I usually clean the wound with hot water and Dettol, then let it dry before applying the powder. But when I clean it again the next day, it's kind of tricky. The wound is still wet, and there's some fluid coming out. Would using soframycin be a better option in this case?

It sounds like you're dealing with a wound that's still in the healing process and is somewhat moist, which is quite common in the initial stages of healing. Both can be effective, but Soframycin is usually recommended for burns, surgical wounds, or where moisture needs to be controlled, as it helps with tissue regeneration without drying the wound too much.

View allI recently had my first session of fractional CO2 laser treatment, and about 20 days later, I had to spend some time outside in the sun for work. I did use sunscreen, but my skin still seems to have been affected. It's red and feels really tight. I'm kind of worried and wondering if I should use Fucidin cream now. Is the damage permanent, or can it be fixed? Would really appreciate some advice.
Kozicure cream for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks , at bedtime ,if any side-effects dermat opinion is advised .

I'm really struggling with alopecia, and it feels like its taken over my life and happiness. It all began when I was in 6th grade, and within a year, the hair loss spread all over my body. Because of this, I haven't been able to go out or even attend school. What should I do? Can you offer any advice?

I'm a bit concerned because I've noticed these white patches on the skin around my scrotum, penis, and thigh. It's been about 1.5 years since I first saw them, and luckily they haven't grown in size, but the area feels slightly numb. Do you think I should be worried, and what might be causing this?
