Probable diagnosis is idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis .Oxygen therapy,smoking cessation, tab perfenidone 100 mg twice daily ,orally is advised to the patient. Terminally ill patients may require lung transplant.

I'm 21 and a couple of weeks back, I had a sore throat and cough. I took some antibacterial meds for a few days, but now I'm still coughing around 4-5 times a day with phlegm.
