I'm a bit worried because I've noticed a hard, greenish-blue lump under the skin on my right hand. It's about 2mm in size, doesn't move, and isn't painful. Could you tell me what this might be? Should I be concerned about this?

Concerns about medication safety while breastfeeding are natural.
Zerodol P (Aceclofenac + Paracetamol) while breastfeeding:
- Caution advised: Both aceclofenac and paracetamol are excreted in breast milk, but in small amounts.
- Short-term use might be okay: If you need to take Zerodol P for a short period (e.g., 1-2 days), it's likely safe while breastfeeding.
- Consult your doctor: However, it's essential to consult your doctor or a lactation consultant to discuss the risks and benefits.
Glemont (Montelukast) while breastfeeding:
- Generally considered safe: Montelukast is excreted in breast milk, but in small amounts, and is generally considered safe while breastfeeding.
- Continue with caution: If you've been taking Glemont and your doctor recommends continuing, you can likely safely do so while breastfeeding.
Breastfeeding precautions:
- Monitor your baby: Watch for any changes in your baby's behavior, such as fussiness, sleepiness, or changes in feeding patterns.
- Consult a lactation consultant: If you have concerns or questions, consult a lactation consultant for personalized guidance.

I've been dealing with ringworm for a year now, and allopathy hasn't really helped. I've switched to Ayurveda, and it seems to be showing some good results. But I came across something online that mentioned Salicylic Acid or sapat lotion might work fast, like in just two days. I'm pretty frustrated at this point and would really appreciate an honest answer. Is there any truth to this idea?
