I'm a bit worried because I've noticed a hard, greenish-blue lump under the skin on my right hand. It's about 2mm in size, doesn't move, and isn't painful. Could you tell me what this might be? Should I be concerned about this?

Concerns about medication safety while breastfeeding are natural.

Zerodol P (Aceclofenac + Paracetamol) while breastfeeding:

  1. Caution advised: Both aceclofenac and paracetamol are excreted in breast milk, but in small amounts.
  2. Short-term use might be okay: If you need to take Zerodol P for a short period (e.g., 1-2 days), it's likely safe while breastfeeding.
  3. Consult your doctor: However, it's essential to consult your doctor or a lactation consultant to discuss the risks and benefits.

Glemont (Montelukast) while breastfeeding:

  1. Generally considered safe: Montelukast is excreted in breast milk, but in small amounts, and is generally considered safe while breastfeeding.
  2. Continue with caution: If you've been taking Glemont and your doctor recommends continuing, you can likely safely do so while breastfeeding.

Breastfeeding precautions:

  1. Monitor your baby: Watch for any changes in your baby's behavior, such as fussiness, sleepiness, or changes in feeding patterns.
  2. Consult a lactation consultant: If you have concerns or questions, consult a lactation consultant for personalized guidance.
