I'm a bit worried because my foreskin seems longer than usual. It fully covers the penis even when I'm fully erect. Can you advise on what this might mean or if there's something I should be doing about it?

View allI have a 9.6mm stone stuck in my right upper ureter with mild hydronephrosis, and there's also some right adrenal linear calcification. I've had lithotripsy before in 2018 and really don't want surgery again. Are there any Ayurvedic, Homeopathic, or Allopathic medicines that can help pass the stone? I've been urinating very frequently too could that be related? What are my options for non-surgical treatment?
Once the stone formed it has to be removed by some kind of intervention either it is lithotripsy or RIRS or PCNL. There are no medicines which can dissolve the stone but next time you get the stone out after the surgery get its biochemical analysis to know its composition. Accordingly you can have your diet modifications.
