I'm concerned about my stage 2 non-alcoholic fatty liver. I've been reading about Liv 52 tablets by Himalaya and was wondering if they're effective for this condition. Also, how many should I be taking each day, and is it better to have them on an empty stomach or after meals?

I've recently had my gallbladder removed due to gallstones, and before the surgery, I was experiencing high levels of SGOT, SGPT, and bilirubin.
