I'm concerned about my stage 2 non-alcoholic fatty liver. I've been reading about Liv 52 tablets by Himalaya and was wondering if they're effective for this condition. Also, how many should I be taking each day, and is it better to have them on an empty stomach or after meals?

Liv 52 might help support liver health, but it should not be relied upon as the sole treatment for Stage 2 NAFLD. Focus on lifestyle changes, and consult your doctor to develop a comprehensive treatment plan. If you decide to take Liv 52, follow the recommended dosage of 2 tablets twice daily after meals, but only after getting your doctor's approval

I've been experiencing some chest pain that's worrying me, especially when I bend over or first thing in the morning. Its more like a pinning sensation sometimes. I've had an ECG, echo, TMT, and chest X-rays, and they all came back normal. I'm currently on gastric meds like Razl, VSL#3, Sucraloc, and Normaxin. The pain mostly bothers me when I wake up, but not so much during the rest of the day. Could this be muscular or something gastric-related even though I don't have heartburn? I do notice the pain very occasionally while eating, but it doesn't last long. What could be going on?

take tablet zerodol and tablet pantoprazole
