I'm curious if Buscopan can help with reducing body temperature. Would love to know more about this.

Buscogast, primarily containing Hyoscine Butylbromide, is designed to relieve muscle spasms and cramps in the gastrointestinal and genitourinary tracts, but it doesn't directly affect body temperature. Its mechanism of action focuses on relaxing smooth muscles and suppressing secretions, which doesn't inherently influence body temperature regulation.

View allI've been experiencing some sharp pain in the upper left side of my chest after sneezing on a flight today. It doesn't hurt more when I take deep breaths, but it's definitely noticeable when I cough or sneeze. I'm wondering if this could be a muscle strain that'll go away on its own, or if there's a chance I've injured my lung or done some other damage. Any thoughts on what might be going on?
take tablet movex mr once a day for 3 days. it will relieve your pain

I took Tesco Recovery Powder for an upset stomach but forgot it has paracetamol in it. Earlier I had a cocodamol tablet for post-surgery pain about 2-3 hours before. That's 500mg paracetamol around 7:45pm and then 1000mg at 10:15pm. I didn't go over the daily limit but could this combo cause any harm?
To guide you correctly, a thorough assessment is necessary.

I've been advised by one of the doctors to take a multivitamin called az Ns tablet every day after dinner, and a vitamin D tablet once a month. I'm just wondering, is this really beneficial for my health, or should I be considering a different multivitamin?
Yes, once daily, you can take for 3 months. Excess vitamin will be harmful.
