I'm curious if Buscopan can help with reducing body temperature. Would love to know more about this.

Buscogast, primarily containing Hyoscine Butylbromide, is designed to relieve muscle spasms and cramps in the gastrointestinal and genitourinary tracts, but it doesn't directly affect body temperature. Its mechanism of action focuses on relaxing smooth muscles and suppressing secretions, which doesn't inherently influence body temperature regulation.

View allSo my 22-year-old brother has had a cold and fever since yesterday, and we just found out he's positive for coronavirus. His pulse is over 100 even when he's relaxed, and his oxygen saturation is around 93-94. He's dizzy and his nose is completely blocked, plus his fever's hovering around 99. The online doctor suggested waiting it out with nasal spray and flu meds. Should I be thinking about taking him to the hospital, or is it okay to give it a few more hours to see if the meds help?

I'm wondering if it's okay to take a Cheston tablet and Dolo 650 together. What are the main reasons people use these tablets, and is it safe to use both at the same time?
Cheston cold is for running nose and flu like condition and Dolo 650 is for fever.

I've been dealing with a fever for the past three days, along with a bit of a cold and a headache. My eyes hurt, and I can't seem to get any sleep because of it. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do to feel better?
If the area around your eyes and face is painful, you may be suffering from a bout of sinusitis. Visit a physician to get a prescription for some antibiotics, nasal decongestants and some multivitamins. You should also try home remedies like steam inhalation, hot compress on your sinuses, use of a neti pot for nasal irrigation, and use of a humidifier for your bedroom. Drink plenty of fluids and take rest.
