I'm currently down with a fever of 102 degrees and seeing as I'm breastfeeding, I'm a bit anxious about the medications I'm on. I've been prescribed Dolo 650 every 8 hours along with Sinarest in the morning and night, plus Cepodem XP also in the morning and night. Is it safe to take Dolo 650 and Sinarest together while breastfeeding?

View allI've been taking Cherifer PGM food supplement for a month now, and I'm wondering what time of day is best to take it. Also, I had to stop for a week because I was on another medication and resumed two weeks later. Is that okay?
You can take Cherifer PGM food supplement at any time of the day, but it is generally recommended to take it after a meal to maximize absorption. As for your situation, it is okay that you stopped taking it for a week and resumed after two weeks. Just continue taking it as directed on the packaging for the best results.

My 3-month-old niece in the US was diagnosed with laryngomalacia and doctors recommended surgery, but I've read it might improve on its own over time. Should we wait or go ahead with the surgery?
Many infants with laryngomalacia are able to eat and grow normally, and the condition will resolve without surgery by the time they are around 20 months old. However, a small percentage of babies do struggle with breathing, eating, and weight gain, and their symptoms require immediate treatment.
