I'm currently going through treatment for tuberculosis and I'm taking rcinex and pyzina 1750 along with Folfit. I'm wondering if I can switch out Folfit for FDSON MP Forte since they seem to have the same composition. Am I missing something important here?

View allI'm really concerned because I've been having this shortness of breath and dry cough for like a year and a half now. It's really unsettling and I just cant figure out whats going on. I dont smoke or drink, and I stick to a vegetarian diet, hoping that helps. Can you help me understand what might be causing these symptoms and what I should do next?
Patient is advised pulmonary function test (PFT)and a chest x-ray .

I'm concerned about my 70-year-old mom. She's really sensitive to the cold, and since last week, she's been coughing after showering and sitting under a fast fan. Most of the time, it's a dry cough, but sometimes there's some mucusy spit. She doesn't have a fever, shortness of breath, or feel weak, but I'm worried about whether this needs attention. Should I consider seeing a specialist or doing any tests, especially since she's refusing to visit the doctor? Any advice would really help.
take cough syrup , and avoid cold as much as she can

I recently got my lab results and I'm pretty concerned because my TLC is really high at 13700, ESR is 80, and my neutrophils are also high at 80. Plus, my lymphocytes are low. The sputum gram stain shows positive cocci, but the culture report just says normal flora. I haven't had a fever, but I'm experiencing pain when I inhale, and my phlegm sometimes has a foul smell or even looks rusty brown. I've also been dealing with tonsillitis. Do you think there's a chance I might have tuberculosis, or could this just be some kind of other infection? I'd really appreciate any insights.
Do CBNAAT.
