I'm currently going through treatment for tuberculosis and I'm taking rcinex and pyzina 1750 along with Folfit. I'm wondering if I can switch out Folfit for FDSON MP Forte since they seem to have the same composition. Am I missing something important here?

View allI got diagnosed with Pneumonia after catching the Covid19 virus last April 14, 2021. I've been on medication for weeks and started feeling better. But now, whenever I take a deep breath, I notice some discomfort and a bit of pain in the right side of my chest, near the lower rib cage. I work night shifts and this is starting to worry me because it's impacting my job. Could this still be related to what I went through with Pneumonia, or something else?

My aunt's been dealing with this persistent cough for such a long time, and it just seems to be getting worse. We've tried all sorts of treatments, both allopathy and homeopathy, but nothing's really helping. It's pretty concerning. What should we do? Is there a specific treatment approach we should consider to actually get to the root of this problem?
take syrup ascoril twice a day
