I'm currently taking 25mcg thyronorm tablets for my high TSH levels. I'm wondering if I should still take my thyronorm tablet on the morning of my thyroid blood test. Will it mess up the results? What's the best way to handle this?

For a 3-year-old with recurring fever (101F) every 8 hours, without cough, sneezing, or rash:
Consider consulting a pediatrician to rule out underlying infections.
Ibuprofen (Ibuges ic) help manage fever.
Ensure the child stays hydrated with plenty of fluids.
Monitor for any new symptoms.
If fever persists or worsens, seek immediate medical attention

Is gynecomastia treatable without surgery and if surgery is the only option could it cause any issues later on
Gynecomastia can sometimes be treated without surgery using medications like tamoxifen or raloxifene, especially if it's hormone-related. However, if surgery is necessary, complications are rare but may include changes in nipple sensation, scarring, or asymmetry. A qualified plastic surgeon can assess your case.

My wife's HSG report shows issues with her tubes. If both hydroscopy and laparoscopy fail to open the tubes, does the doctor have to close them surgically before we can try IVF or can we go straight to IVF without another surgery? Just worried about what happens if these procedures don't work
gynaec opinion is advised.
