I'm currently taking Methotrexate 5mg and a contraceptive tablet. I'm wondering, how long should I continue these medications? Also, is it advisable to consider phototherapy as a treatment option?

Sir, I've been dealing with occasional pain in my knee joint, wrist joint, and finger joints for about a year now. Sometimes I even notice swelling in my wrist and finger joints, but it goes away after a while. My blood uric acid level is at 7.4 mgdl, and I make sure to exercise regularly.
