I'm dealing with acne and after talking to a doctor, I began using Acnestar Clindamycin Nicotinamide. I've been on this for about a week now, but my acne seems to be getting worse instead of better. What should I do?

View allI've been dealing with jock itch for almost four months now and it's been driving me crazy. I've tried all sorts of meds that doctors have prescribed, like itraconazole, terbinafine, and fluconazole, but nothing's really worked. Any advice on what I should do next? Feel like I'm running out of options here.

I've been using Deriva BPO gel for about a week now, but I haven't noticed any improvements in my acne. In fact, I'm seeing more whiteheads appearing on my acne every day. Is this how the gel is supposed to work, or will it actually help clear up my acne?

I'm looking at this picture and wondering which cream might help clear it up. It's been there for about 15 days now. It itches every now and then, but there's no burning or pain. Could you give me some advice on what might work?
