I've been on TB medication for 9 months now. I weighed 50 kg at the start, but now I'm up to 69 kg, and I do feel less tired. The issue is that I sometimes get a slight pain in the upper part of my chest when I take a deep breath while standing. It's strange because I don't feel any pain if I'm lying down and doing the same thing, and I actually breathe easier after a workout. It's really been bothering me. My brother's CT scan shows a COVID pneumonia severity score of 18 out of 25, and it's marked as CORADS 5. He's been on several medications since May 3, 2021, including Nintena 100, Happi D, Wysolone 20, and some antibiotics like Microcef O and Sazidox. Prednisolone seems to be a part of it too, and I'm worried about the combination and if we're missing anything. Could you help me understand if all these meds are right for his condition and if there's anything else we should be doing for him?
