I'm dealing with asthma and have been using Foracort 2 puffs on an SOS basis. I also take Omnitan H for my blood pressure every morning. A while back, my doctor suggested Montgress FX Montair LC when I have breathing issues. Recently, I got viral pneumonia and ended up in the hospital. I recovered but tested positive for Covid later on, though I didn't have any symptoms. After 14 days, my Covid test came back negative. Now, my doctor recommended Montair LC for 10 days and Foracort 200, 2 puffs twice daily. I'm kind of confused about which medicine I should stick to for my asthma in the long run. I usually get breathless when I try to climb stairs past the first floor. Can you help me figure this out?

I'm feeling really worried because I've had symptoms like a fever around 100F, a lot of coughing, and this weird pressure on the left side of my chest and back for the last four days. I've stayed at home, isolated myself, and took a COVID test, but I don't have the results yet. I also have asthma and allergies to dust and smoke. Could you please suggest what precautions to take and if there's any medication I should consider?

I've been on tuberculosis treatment for almost 5 months now and haven't had any symptoms for over 4 months. I'm doing these LFT tests every couple of weeks like my doctor suggested, and they've always come back normal. My main concern is about the mediastinal lymph node TB I have. How long do you think Ill need to continue the medication and how does the doctor decide when to stop the treatment? Also, my doctor mentioned having a small bottle of light beer once a week is okay, but I just wanted to double-check if that's really alright.
Patient is advised ATT for another 1 month ,Also alcohol cessation is advised to the patient.
