I'm dealing with a common cold right now and it's really getting to me I've got a runny nose, a wet cough, and even a fever. I've been taking a few medicines: Azikem 500, Maxtra cold, Sumo cold, and Alex cough syrup. Do you think these are going to help me get better?

My mom just recovered from COVID-19, and yesterday we had some blood tests done, including D-dimer, LDH, and ferritin levels. The results showed the D-dimer is 585, LDH is 233, and ferritin is 401. What precautions should we take now? Can you please give some advice?
