I'm dealing with a lot of hair fall here in Bangalore and I'm wondering if it's because of the hard water. Should I try using alum or fitkari in the water before I wash my hair? Also, I came across something called Mintop Pro and I'm curious if it's helpful. Are there any side effects I should know about? Would it be a good idea to start using Mintop Pro?

I'm really worried about my hair. It's become unevenly thick, super rough, and the texture is all bumpylike I can literally feel the bumps when I run my fingers through it. It used to be thick and healthy, and I haven't colored it or done anything drastic to it. This has been happening over the past few years and I just don't understand why. Do you have any idea what's causing this or maybe some natural treatments I could try?

Uneven hair thickness and rough texture can be frustrating. _Possible Reasons_ 1. *Protein imbalance*: Hair is made of protein, and an imbalance can cause uneven texture. 2. *Moisture deficiency*: Lack of moisture can lead to rough, brittle hair. 3. *Hair cuticle damage*: Damage to the hair cuticle can cause bumps and rough texture. 4. *Nutritional deficiencies*: Deficiencies in vitamins and minerals like biotin, vitamin E, and omega-3 fatty acids can affect hair health. 5. *Hormonal changes*: Hormonal fluctuations can lead to changes in hair texture. _Natural Solutions_ 1. *Coconut oil treatment*: Apply warm coconut oil to your hair, cover with a shower cap, and leave it on for 2-3 hours before washing. 2. *Banana and honey mask*: Mash ripe banana and mix with honey. Apply to your hair and leave it on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing. 3. *Apple cider vinegar rinse*: Mix equal parts water and apple cider vinegar as a final rinse after shampooing to balance your hair's pH. 4. *Biotin supplements*: Consult with your doctor before taking biotin supplements to support hair growth and health. 5. *Use a wide-tooth comb*: Gentle combing can help reduce breakage and tangles.

I'm noticing this big dark patch of skin that starts from my inner buttocks. It's not causing any discomfort, pain, or itchiness, but I'm really worried about it. Also, I've got these big, hard pimples on my buttock cheeks. What could be going on here?

I've got this burn on my right hand from spilling hot water a while back. I've been using silverkind ointment as the doctor suggested, but now I'm seeing these red pigments pop up and there's this constant itching. Is this normal, or should I be worried?

It sounds like you may be experiencing an allergic reaction to the silver sulfadiazine in the Silverkind ointment. I recommend stopping the ointment immediately and washing the affected area with mild soap and water. You can apply a topical corticosteroid cream like Hydrocortisone 1% cream to reduce inflammation and itching. Additionally, taking an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg once daily can help with the itching. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult your doctor for further evaluation and management.
