I'm dealing with this pilonidal sinus for a couple of months now, and I'm not really sure if I should see a doctor or just go to a skin care clinic for treatment. I'm also really worried about how much it's all going to cost in total. Any advice would be super helpful!

I've noticed this pea-sized lump above my left collar bone, and it's really movable. It only seems to show up when I'm in certain positions. I'm starting to get worried. I had an abdominal scan about eight months ago, and everything looked fine back then. Could you help me figure out what this could be?
