I'm dealing with a pretty annoying fungal issue on both of my legs, and there's these big round rings. It's just redness, no itching at all, but I can't seem to get rid of them. I've been taking Fluka and Terbinafine, but I'm worried they aren't enough or maybe I'm missing something. Any idea what's going on or what else I should try?

It sounds like you may be dealing with a fungal infection known as ringworm. Fluka (Fluconazole) and Terbinafine are commonly used antifungal medications. In addition to these, you can also consider using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole twice a day on the affected areas. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing to help the medication work effectively.

View allI've been noticing these black dots on my chest and stomach for the past couple of months. They're not painful or itchy, but I'm curious and a bit worried about what they might be. I usually sleep without a shirt, so I'm wondering if that might be related. Could you help me understand what these might be and why they've appeared?
That could be keratosis pilaris ,maintain personal hygiene, apply moisturizer twice a day,it takes time to hela but will be cured no need to worry.

I'm experiencing some allergic reactions on my face after using tretin. I was advised to start with applying it for 10 minutes, then move to 20 minutes, and eventually increase the duration gradually. But there was this one time I left it on for a longer period, and that's when I noticed these reactions. There are dry patches on the affected area now. What should I do?
Try to apply moisturizer on the affected area stay hydrated, visit dermatologist for appropriate management

I'm worried about whether mast*rbation could lead to pimples on my face. And how much time should I leave between each time I do it?
Masturbation itself doesn't directly cause pimples, but hormonal changes and lifestyle factors can contribute to acne. There's no need to worry about a specific "gap" between masturbation sessions unless you feel it's affecting your well-being. Focus on a healthy lifestyle, including a proper skincare routine and stress management, to reduce the risk of acne
