I'm dealing with really bad nasal blockage because of something called hypertrophy tubernoid. Do you think it's okay to use a homeopathy nasal spray and Otrivin within, like, 10 minutes of each other? I'm just trying to figure out how to get some relief.

View allI'm a bit worried because while I was eating, I accidentally scratched my throat. Now I'm coughing a lot, and my throat feels really itchy. It also hurts whenever I swallow. Do you think this is something serious, or will it just go away on its own? Should I be doing anything specific to help it heal or make the pain go away?
It sounds like you may have developed some irritation in your throat from scratching it while swallowing. To help with the pain and itchiness, you can try using a throat spray like Chloraseptic which contains benzocaine. You can also take an over-the-counter pain reliever like acetaminophen to help with the discomfort. Additionally, sucking on throat lozenges containing menthol or eucalyptus can also provide relief. Make sure to stay hydrated and avoid irritants like smoking or excessive talking. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it's advisable to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation.
