I'm dealing with some loose motions right now, and I'm really worried because I have a competition tomorrow. Is there any way to fix this in just one day?

Possible Diagnosis*

  1. Tonsillolith (Tonsil Stone): A small, harmless deposit of calcium and debris that can form on the surface of the tonsils.
  2. Mucous Cyst: A small, benign growth that can occur on the mucous membranes in the throat.
  3. Follicular Hyperplasia: An overgrowth of lymphoid tissue in the throat, which can cause small, painless bumps.

Treatment Advice

  1. Gargling with Salt Water: Mix 14 teaspoon of salt with 8 ounces of warm water and gargle several times a day to help reduce inflammation and flush out debris.
  2. Maintaining Good Oral Hygiene: Brush your teeth regularly, and use a tongue scraper to remove bacteria and debris from the surface of your tongue.
  3. Staying Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help keep your throat moist and reduce the risk of tonsil stones.

I'm having this really uncomfortable issue with gas that seems to flare up after lunch and gradually gets worse by the evening. It's like my digestive power just isn't what it used to be. I feel hungry, but when I eat, it doesn't seem to digest properly, and my stomach feels tight. Even if I eat just a little bit, I start burping a lot. This has been going on for about 4 to 5 years. Any idea what's going on or what I can do about it?

Your symptoms of gas, bloating, reduced digestive power, feeling uneasy, and difficulty digesting food, which have persisted for 4-5 years, may indicate underlying conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gastroparesis, small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), or enzyme deficiencies, so it's essential to consult a gastroenterologist for a thorough evaluation, diagnosis, and personalized treatment plan to alleviate your symptoms and improve digestion.

I'm feeling uneasy because after having an endoscopy, I started having pain in my windpipe when I swallow food. On top of that, I sometimes experience mild to moderate stomach pain, usually when my stomach's empty like in the mornings. I never had any issues like this before the endoscopy, and now I'm really worried that there might have been a perforation in my stomach when they took a tissue sample, especially since I felt pain in my stomach during the procedure. Could this be serious? What should I do?

No i can't be a perforation. Take some anti gastric medication for one week and monitor for symptoms
