I'm dealing with some pretty bad abdominal pain, and my doctor suggested an endoscopy. Turns out, I've got a patulous GE junction, and he mentioned that I should lose some weight. I'm really worried. Is this something I need to be seriously concerned about? I've been on medication for a few days now, but the pain's still there. What should I do next?

I've been noticing that I'm experiencing a bunch of issues like hair fall, fatigue, weak bones, frequent urination, and even lower back and stomach pain. I used to masturbate a lot, and I think this might be related. I'm currently seeing an Ayurvedic doctor but since last night, I've started having headaches and more stomach problems, like I can't digest food properly. Every time I eat, I feel the urge to use the washroom and my stomach hurts. My bones feel so weak that I can't lift anything without them starting to hurt. What do you think could be causing all these symptoms, and what should I do?

I've been dealing with idiopathic slow transit constipation and IBS with constipation for over 10 years and I'm not sure if they're the same thing or different. My symptoms are constant bloating, indigestion, abdominal pain, and daily constipation. I've tried soaked raisins, drinking lots of water, eating fruits and vegetables, and even a low FODMAP diet, but nothing helps. I'm only able to pass stool with digital evacuation and it's affecting my work and stress levels. Is surgery an option for me at this point?

A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.

I've been having a really tough time with eating lately. Every time I eat, I end up vomiting almost immediately, and theres blood in it, which is really freaking me out. Plus, my throat and chest burn like crazy when this happens. What could be going on?
