I'm dealing with some psychological issues like anxiety and depression for the past 5 years, but I finally managed to overcome them about a year ago. Recently, though, I've been having breathlessness, and my doctor prescribed Medrol 4 mg to take every morning at 10 a.m. However, after taking it, I feel really uncomfortable, tired, and unsatisfied. I'm worried if Medrol is harmful to me, should I continue using it, or maybe stop? What other options are there for addressing my breathing issues?
