I'm dealing with a stone at the neck of my gallbladder that's causing a lot of swelling. The doctor mentioned that an operation can't be done right now because of this swelling. I'm in a lot of pain and not sure what options I have. Is there anything else that can be done to help with the pain or reduce the swelling?

-It sounds really uncomfortable, and I'm sorry you're dealing with this. For now, you can try managing the pain with medications prescribed by your doctor, stay on a low-fat diet to reduce strain on your gallbladder, and stay hydrated. Follow up regularly

I'm experiencing some concerning pain in my chest, arms, and shoulders. I've already had an ECG, Echocardiogram, and TMT test done, and all the results were normal. After an endoscopy, I was diagnosed with H. pylori and took antibiotics for two weeks, followed by more medication for about seven weeks now. But I'm still feeling this pain. Is it something I should be worried about, or is it normal?

no, take tablet zerodol for 3 days, if it still paining consult a physician

I've been having really bad gas pain in my chest and back since last night, and it's been pretty unbearable. I also know I have a gall bladder stone that's about 12 mm and I struggle with acidity problems too. Can you help me figure out what I should do about this?

It sounds like the gas pain might be linked to your gallbladder stone and acidity. Avoid spicy, fatty foods, and eat small, frequent meals. For immediate relief, take an antacid and consult a gastroenterologist soon to discuss options like dietary management or surgery for the stone.

I'm dealing with a lot of phlegm in my throat and lungs, which is making me cough a lot. I recently had laser fissurectomy and haemorrhoidopexy, and I'm already taking a lot of antibiotics. Every time I cough, it hurts, especially near the surgery area. I've been using Syp. Ascoril LS, 5ml three times a day for the past three days, and while it's helped a bit, I'm not completely better yet. Do you have any suggestions for a syrup that can help clear the phlegm and ease the cough without causing more pain?

Tab tusq for 3 days and continue the syrup
