I'm experiencing belching on an empty stomach and feeling nauseous really early in the morning, around 4 a.m., usually when I'm sleeping. Seven months back, I had an endoscopy that showed gastritis in my stomach's antrum and bile stasis, but it wasnt H. pylori. An ultrasound also showed multiple small peripheral follicles in both ovaries. I'm really scared that this could be something serious, like cancer. Can you help me figure out if I should be worried?
