View allI'm trying to lose weight but I'm not sure how to do it safely without exercise because of my torn ACL. I weigh 85 kg and my height is 175 cm my goal is to get down to 70 kg in 5 months, aiming for 3 kg per month. Since I can't work out due to my knee injury and upcoming surgery in May 2017, can I rely just on dieting to lose the weight? Are there any allopathy treatments that could help with weight loss?
ACL repair and reconstruction .ortho opinion is advised.
