I'm experiencing really sharp pain on my left side under my armpit whenever I bend over. It also gets really painful if I try to lay on my left side. Should I be worried about this? What could possibly be causing this shooting pain?

His pulse is over 100 even when he's relaxed, and his oxygen saturation is around 93-94. He's dizzy and his nose is completely blocked, plus his fever's hovering around 99. The online doctor suggested waiting it out with nasal spray and flu meds. Should I be thinking about taking him to the hospital, or is it okay to give it a few more hours to see if the meds help?

I accidentally took Allegra 120mg once in the afternoon and then again at night. Should I be worried about that? Are there any serious side effects from taking it twice like this?

If you mistakenly take two doses of Allegra 120mg in a day, there may be an increased risk of side effects such as drowsiness, dry mouth, and headache. It is important to stick to the recommended dosage of one tablet (120mg) per day to avoid potential adverse effects. If you have taken two doses in a day, monitor yourself for any unusual symptoms and consider skipping the next dose to prevent further complications.
